Founder's Statement
I have sat on both sides of the table, as an interview candidate and as a school leader hiring teachers.
Over more than 13 years as an international school leader in Asia and Latin America, interviewing teachers has been a significant part of my work.
I created BridgeTeach to give teachers practical ways to strengthen their CVs, practice speaking about their work, and prepare to demonstrate their teaching.
